Hi Guys, just found this link to the "unofficial" barlow for the Hyperion 8:24mm zoom. If you own the zoom ep and the 21mm hyperion ep with a little modular swapping and changing you can produce a similar ep to the 3.5 - 10.5 high power zoom ep without the additional £82 cost. Not sure how well this works as my zoom ep has packed up and in for repair/replace, wonder if anyone could try it out and place some comments. Cheers Paul.

sorry to resurrect an old thread but does anyone know it the 5 mm hyperion has the same ' barlow bit' as the 21 mm.

I can post pictures of my 5 mm if it helps.

Quite fancy trying this but dont want to take the zoom apart unnessesarily ( someone spell check that please)

Tried it with the 5mm 'Barlow bit ' seems to work but with a very narrow field at the 8mm end.

Going to try it again this weekend.
