What are the odds of seeing it in a 10 inch dob?

It's apparent magnitude seems to be listed as 16.8 or thereabouts. I think 14 is around the max of a 10" scope under ideal conditions.

It's not possible in a 10". It's very small and you need to magnify it an awful lot. Also, because it's so small, you need very still skies to make out the shape. Basically, you're looking at >25" in very still skies (i.e. the sort you get in the UK about twice a year). It has been seen visually under such conditions.
