Hi

I wanted to try out using video footage from my Canon 550D. It saves the files as a .mov file which I convert to an .avi file but when I try to use the AVI Conversion tool in IRIS, it comes up with "Decompressor not found". I've tried using full HD down to 640 cropped but it still comes up with this error. Has anyone had any success with this function?
