viewing ursa major with a dobby

Hi

I have a 200p dobby with standard finderscope.

I have ordered a sw right anglefinder scope.

In the meantime how do you view items overhead with the standard finderscope? The position you have to get into is ridiculous

I have tried making a mini platform with limited success but there must be an easier way?

I ordered a right angle finderscope for the same reason. I have used a mirror with my RDF occasionally to find bright objects overhead, but it's a bit iffy. Unless you are a contortionist, you will have to get a right angle finder.

Love the zoom on my right angle but it's this same angle and zoom that throws me off! I seem to hunt for 5 minutes just to line up with Sirius! Lol
