Anyone out there know any good tricks for sorting out the constellation lines on Stellarium 0.11.2 when run on Windows Vista?

By changing each of the three numerical values for const_lines_color to any value greater or equal to 1.0 in the config file and tilting the screen I can actually see some semblance of the lines, a definite improvement on the default version, but they're still quite faint.
