Cleaning a filter

As the title suggest, I am looking for a way of cleaning my IR filter for my webcam. Somehow there became a smudge and its rather noticeable in images. I had tried searching for I could not find anything that seemed helpful. I have a GSO IR filter if thats any necessary information. Thanks!

A blast from a rocket blower to make sure there's no dust or the like that might cause scratches, then Baader optical wonder fluid applied with it's microfibre cloth. Works a treat.

Thanks, looks like the fluid is out of stock. Guess I'll need to keep checking back. Thanks for the info
