Just had a quick session with the scope in the back garden before the cloud killed it for the night.

Used my girlfriends GoTo Meade and had some nice views of Venus at half phase.

Next hit was Jupiter with its 4 largest moons. Cloud belts were visible even through her small frac.

I then showed her Mars through it and now she's got the aperture bug and wants a bigger scope!

Suits me fine as I could do with another scope :)

Just to round the session off I showed her the Orion Nebula and the Pleiades.

Was actually quite impressed with what I saw through her DS2080.
