NexImage in Raw Mode

I decided to try the Raw mode on my NexImage. My results have not been very good. Here is last night's image of Jupiter with the two best RGB variants.

But if you compare that with the standard colour mode:

I think the standard is better.

Is there something I am not doing correctly with the Raw mode?

did you stack the raw images ?? or are they single frames ?

I first processed the avi through AviRaw then stacked them with Registax.

If you're getting red or blue backgrounds, you're maybe using the wrong Bayer matrix?

In AviRaw I selected Raw Colour and then tried in turn each of the BG GB RG and GR buttons. I cannot remember now which two gave me the results above, but the other two buttons gave much worse colouring.
