Tonight me and my neighbour were discussing various bits, and the subject of vibration on concrete came up. Now my mount was shaking for 2 - 3 seconds before hand.... then we noticed an old memory foam mattress. Cut three small sections out of it, placed under the tripod and boom down to about a second with a small judder to the left and right only.

Well worth it since it was going in the bin anyway, and a lot less than the pads they sell in shops!
