Timings with a mono CCD

Evening everyone

As a newbie in astrophotography, I’m buying a atik 383l ccd for Ian king, who really gave me a lot for help, but i did hold back on one question, as I felt a bit stupid, when shooting with a mono ccd, how do you work out/find out the exposure times for the different filters used in the same shoot, as they do seem to change quite a lot in some cases

Most people will shoot equal length using each LRGB filter, but will shoot longer often again equal length using Ha / OII / SII filters.
