Mounting a finderscope

If the scope uses Skywatcher tube rings, buy a second (standard) dovetail bar and attach it "on the top". You may have to drill-out the threaded holes to M6 etc., and "improvise a bit", but you can then attach a standard finder "shoe" to the second bar... And whatever finder you fancy! :D

Leave the light-weight RDF in situ and mount the (typically) heavier optical finder near the balance point of the system. You might eventually upgrade the RDF? Re. OPTICAL finders, I find the typical RACI finder useful:
