Finder Help

My new Baader Sky Surfer III arrived today to replace the useless one that came with the 'scope. Problem is I haven't a clue on how to attach it to the 'scope. I have heard of people using double sided foam tape to fix it on, but i would like something more permanent. Any ideas?

it should have come with a base and a an arm to attch it to the base ?
