I placed an order with Maplins yesterday for a PSU, yes agreed not totally astro gear, but we all need them at some point this one is the High power 12v Car Accessory Socket AC/DC Mains adapter.

I placed my order at 15:58 yesterday.

It arrived today.

That is probably the fastest turnarounds I have every had mailorder.

As it is a near 50 mile round trip and £4 pound to park in the retail park I ordered from Maplin on-line a foam lined flight case.

Order placed 16.50pm 18th October 2012, order delivered 12.10pm 19th October 2012.

This was for their standard free delivery.

Outstanding service from both Maplin and their carrier and the case was just what I needed for my eyepieces and other bits and pieces.

A very happy bunny!!!
