CCD upgrade

I'm looking to upgrade my CCD (SXVF-H9, currently on astro buy/sell so I mean business) to get a wider FOV - but the increased pixel count means I can crop this to get the same effect as my SXVF-H9, so I can sell it to help fund the purchase.

The leading contenders are an 8300 based chip or an SXVR-H9 / Atik 4000. Obviously there is a price difference, but what are the thoughts of the assembled wisdom here?

It will be used with my SX filterwheel.

Hmm, no opinions?

Well, I think I'm going to wait a fortnight for Astrofest, to check out any new (Sony ICX694 based) cameras, which will be a nice third option to have.
