Orion widefield - just a test

I gave up with the scopes for deep sky imaging tonight as there's high wispy cloud but thought I'd just have a play with the newly arrived remote timer for my camera.

20 subs of 15 seconds at ISO800 F.7. I've attached one sub to show the wondeful light pollution in Chester and the processed result. Subs too long really as trailing is evident and there was wispy cloud in the subs. (I can't use the EOS clip filter for LP with the 18-55m lense so this has full blown light pollution).

The test was a success though as the timer worked perfectly. Roll on next trip to Cumbria when I can really set up on the mount to take longer widefield shots for much more detail.
