reveiws please!!

hi all,

im looking at buying a go to, and im looking at the SKYHAWK-1145P SynScanTM AZ GOTO 114MM (4.5") F/500 COMPUTERISED PARABOLIC NEWTONIAN REFLECTOR.

I really dont know what im looking for so could anyone tell me if this is better than the one i have plz.

i have a celestron powerseeker 127EQ with 20mm eyepiece and 3xbarlow.

Also could any1 tell me where i could find any images taken thru the skyhawk, to give me an idea of what i would see thru it.

First answer is that it is a smaller scope so you will see less.

At 114mm dia and FL of 500mm I would not expect a great image to be produced, the thing is fast.

If the one you have is not a goto then what you get is the computer and drive system as a change but concerning the scope I would say the 127 you have is better.

Any image posted will have to camera views and this is not what the eye sees. So not representative.

ah ok, thanks :0) will prob just motorize the one i have and save up for a really good go to.

i would save up and get the 130p AZ GOTO its only £275 delivered from First Light Optics and you arnt loosing any apature as you are used to the 127mm
