pictures in cs3 look pixelated

hi just now i have noticed when i open my image that dss has just stacked it looks pixelated in cs3 but looks ok when i zoom out a bit is this normal?

When you first open it it is probably at an odd size ... like 66.7% or similar. If the image is 50 or 100% it should look smooth but odd sizes can make it appear slightly clunky. Its only like that on the screen - its a display thing.
