goto adapted mount ?

Ok I have a old nexstar 80 goto telescope and mount and a skywatcher 90mm evostar telescope and mount (both refractors)

I want to know if it would be possible to put the skywatcher on the goto mount or would it be to heavy ? also when the nexstar has no power the telescope drops down ie the lens end slowly drops towards the floor is that normal ?
