Another go at Andromeda last night

Getting there - slowly. Each time, they get better.

This was from 17 subs, 400 ISO and 5 mins each.

80mm refractor - with PHD working nicely.

Heavily processed.

Please feel free to offer suggestions for improvement

85 nicely focused and tracked minutes! What camera is this? What does it look like with less agressive processing?

it was taken with a 1000d at prime focus. Couldn't seem to improve the detail without the heavier processing but will be keeping at it to see what I can do using Gimp. Refuse to pay the price for PSP at the moment.

Any tips, gratefully received. I will put a drop box link up for download of the master FIT file later on, if anyone feels inclined....
