Nice to see that kev is getting on with his mod,and Alexandra

is still managing to get great shots at this time of the year.

Me...well the vixen is put away at present while I try to put together my dream system. I have the heq5 syntrek now,and equinox 120, DSSR tracking software , DVS and a DMK. All I now need is a baader imaging wedge and I am set to go..(anyone got a solar wedge for sale:)).

I would like to get white light images of the sunspots at the same

level of greatness as alexandras' ,but animate over time enough to show big changes.

I probably wouldn't say mine were that great, I still need lots of practice. I'm hoping that a 3x Barlow may give me good detail but less up close than the 5x, I might have better chance at animation then.

I definitely need more time in the sun, I need to ask Father Christmas for that too
