What's in the Box review?

Not sure if this has been mentioned previously...

But in the RC world - if people are new or unsure of what to purchase they will often find what's in the box review on the item they are interested in on forums or youtube.

Am pretty sure it would go down well in astro circles as well - where people take a new delivery and film - how it was packaged how it arrived - what's inside - initial thoughts ....etc

With more detail on putting things together - and pro's cons - it does help people make an informative choice on purchases.

Anyway not sure whether this should be here or in suggestions....

What do people think....worth doing??

An interesting idea, but of course you can't really judge a scope until its had first light at least. Something could seem perfectly constructed, well thought out with the right eyepieces and accessories, securely packaged - and then turn out to be a complete turkey optically.
