Help with DMK 31 for planetary

Hi folk's. I have got a dmk 31, and wish to use it for imagin planets with a refractor,

Any sugestions for setting to get started with would be a great help.

Well you sould use f-ratio around f/20 on Jupiter, maybe less on Saturn as it's dimmer and the CCD isn't as sensitive as those newer ones. Also at max speed (30 FPS) you may get circular artifacts around a planet. Then you must use the 15 FPS shutter setting.

And you can use the 10" SN rather than the smaller refractor
