NEQ6 pier head plans

I am looking at putting together a pier and have found someone who can get some CNC cutting done for me. Does anyone have any tried and tested plans for a pier head that they would not mind me reusing?

I'll watch this thread closely as that's the mount I have on order.

This is what I'm contemplating; I will be making the pier myself out of approximatly 250mmØ tube on a 450x450x15mm base plate, what I wont be doing is having an ajustable top plate using threaded rod etc, the research I have done suggests it is not required and may cause flexing.

So I think an aluminium machined adapter from NEQ6 to pier will suffice, this should eleviate the need of a large cut out in the pier tube as well, I just need the mount so I can produce the drawings required for the machining.
