EEK !!! it don't fit !

I have a R&P focuser on my Newt which has a 1.25 inch eyepiece adapter, which screws of to reveal a t-thread, however the adapter does not have a 2 inch option.

Can I separately purchase a 2 inch adapter?

Edit, Dont fit even. if a mod could edit the title i might look less a numpty [sorted ]

You can get T to 2" adapters, e.g. here

That would fit, but would add a lot of length to the tube like an extension.

Which of course it might need to achieve focus for eyepieces but for a CCD I think it will be to much.

I don't think there's any way you can create a native 2" hole without adding length to it

T to 2" would also be a waste as you wouldn't get any additional light through - so you'd end up using a 2" EP with the same light that a 1.25" would capture?
