Asteroid 372 Palma near Andromeda

When processing some test shots (Orion ED80 + a newly bought field flattener), I came across something odd: A short line next to a bright star. It turned out to be asteroid (372) Palma (thanks to Micha and Peter from astronomie.de for identifying it).

Apologies for the noisy image and the oval stars... still learning... ;-)

Sadly, no. I didn't even know there was an asteroid out there... ;-)
