CCTV Camera Expert Needed!

I was told this might be a better place to post this...

I need an expert that has dealt with using a CCTV camera (I've heard lots of people mention the SDC-2000) to do Video Astronomy or Astrophotography.

I will pay this person (in cash or any CCTV equipment or both!) to help write a guide on the subject.
