Interesting experiment. I've added sunset/rise and astronomical sunset/sunrise markers to my graphs. It doesn't show much, but at least you can see the range in which any change is not due to the sun.

The fluctuations appear to be cloud. Attached is the graph from last night. It was a wonderfully clear night apart from between 23:50 (I was outside at this point) and 01:50 when there were various levels of cloud cover overhead.

Another nice thing about the graph is how clear it shows the effect of astronomical dawn.

I think it also shows the effect of the moon (the slight increase in darkness between the end of astronomical dusk and 23:30) - moonset was at 23:18 here last night.
