SW ler EP kit

SW seem to have a promotion on where if you buy a telescope you can buy their EP kit for half price.

Anyone got any experience of them? Is the kit worth £80. I already have the revelation astro plossl kit...

It's not worth £80, IMO, and the SRP of £149 is rather laughable - the eyepieces aren't good quality, and the 2mm is too short a focal length to be useful in most telescopes. The torch is quite nice, I have one, but a case is cheap from Maplin if you want one and the filters aren't really that useful - a neutral density one is worth having in the collection, but i'm unconvinced about the rest.

You'd be much better off spending the £80 on a couple of carefully-chosen accessories from FLO or the second-hand board here.
