help taking picture of stars with a 350d

Yep, try taking 10 pictures all at 30secs of the same object and stack them and you will see great difference. You might get better results taking pictures of a different constellation like Cygnus also as its a dense part of the milky way (not sure if its still at a good point in the sky like it was though now, not been out in while cause of damn clouds!)

ok thankyou i will give it a try if i can find cygus if not i might try it on ursa major?
