neximage on vista 32, wont install

argh my neximage is playing up - it was recognised etc and could be used to capture but you couldnt control any settngs for it. The last time this happened I had to reinstall the drivers ec and it was fine again.

this time i cannot install the drivers, and i have forgottn what to do in any case! can somebody help me
