T-Thread 1.25" adapter

Hi folks,

Along the way I have managed to pick up a couple of different T-threaded adapters which screw onto t-threads and leave a 1.25" eyepiece holder.

Just occassionally these are very useful. However, they are all either 1 screw or 1 screw and a compression ring and when attaching a powermate and camera recently, the image was affected when tightening the 1 screw and knocking the train off axis.

Does anyone know where I might find a 3 screw or even better 3 screws and a ring or a centering adapter which can screw onto a male t-thread?

I usually modify my eyepiece holders to 4 screws for holding heavy equipment, it's similar to holding in a 4 jaw chuck in a lathe, very good grip.
