Hi,

I have just finished my shift at our local Bowls Club, but as

my wife has not won at bingo for months I am afraid my

intended purchase of a TV 17 Ethos has been put on the back

burner for the moment.

All is not lost though, as I have bought a 1800mm F12

refractor from a chap in the Peak District. I have not had a new

telescope for a couple of years, and this means I will now

have four refractors of varying sizes.

I take it the 1800mm is the focal length! Hope the associated cloudage clears before the loonyclipse...
