Eyepiece Astigmatism Explained / Pictured

Since I had the benefit of a (M.Sixela) explanation on CN, I thought I'd post a link to the site that contains some explanatory pictures re. "Astigmatism". Those who like long focal length eyepieces, wide FOVs, and/or fast scopes will often hear talk of such things occuring at (hopefully) edge of field. But, for me there was some confusion between (my known!) EYEBALL astigmatism(s) and the "astronomical thing":

Having studied a local Electricity Pylon extensively (LOL), it is often a dominant (visible!) effect?
