First pic with new Meade

First Picture with my new Meade 6 Lightswitch and SL131 webcam.

All done in a bit of a rush and not having a clue as to what to do.

First impressions of this scope is that they do what it says on the box with the Telescope locking onto Moon as if it would never let it go.

Tracking was spot on and the auotmatic alignment worked a treat.

Got a video of Saturn to develope yet but will post thta later if it comes out ok.

So far very impressed with the optics.

Nice image Pat. I have only had a quick look through a Meade 6 Lightswitch once, but it seemed to do the business.
