How to get - on my nexstar?

Hi peep.

Im just setting up my celestron nexstar up and when i come to type the longitude in i carnt seem to find the -?

Am i being stupid?

If i go onto itouchmap.com its -1 but if i type in 001 on there im in the sea lol.

help please.

-1 is 001 West instead of 001 East.
