They sent out my replacement tripod yesterday got it today and it's not broke thank god (broke 2) has about an hours viewing but just not very good conditions.off to the lake tomorrow after work with the scope

The first cloud free night will come, just you didn't specify when you wanted it with the order.

It will turn up one day, delivered by the met office not the post office, they aren't quite as good at on-time delivery however.
