Looking for some help. Ive decided to create a library for astronomers of OEM CD's for astronomy equipment. When we buy used a lot of times software doesn't come with it. I know most things new can be found easy online but some drivers and software are harder. I am NOT looking for Paid/Licensed/Serial programs just driver discs for camera's, mounts, rotators, etc. If you can please message me a link to an ISO drop box file / or just copy the files off the disk or if you can burn a copy Ill pay for the disc and the mailing, I also have a server you can upload to. Any help will be great. Just message me what you have so I can tell you if I need it before you go through all the work. Thank you on advance!

Clearly I just meant the planetarium software. If you read the tutorial its all there with pictures in detail. I dont use the stellarmate as I use a Primaluce eagle so I apologize for using the wrong name of the planetarium software

I used remote desktop without issue. Maybe stellarmate had an update since I bought it there was no support for the polemaster with its OEM software. The camaera may connect fine but I wasnt aware you could use the polemaster alignment software

I found with the VNC on my iphone you only had a fixed portion of the desktop without the ability to scroll. With remote desktop I had the ability to move through the entire desktop on the smaller screen.

You need to download the RD client APP for your IOS. The RD client the remote desktop access to the stellarmate and its the same you would use for Windows. Ive controlled the stellarmate off my Iphone (Not recommended) but the screen is small and hard to access parts of it. The only thing I suggest is to make sure all of your gear has INDI drivers. Stellarmate has a decent polar alignment workaround with the guider tab (similar to a drift alignment) But if you own a polemaster you wont be able to use it through the Stellarmate. If you do own a polemaster you would need to polar align first in windows or off your ipad (If possible) and then connect to the stellarmate. Also note you MUST use the stellarmate EKOS platform and stellarium. You can upload any software unless its linux based and I tried to setup a virtual Windows terminal but you cant. Thanks Dave. The above image was with a ZWO 120. The 174 gets the full image and I know there was a debate all over between the benefits between 174 vs 178. Im hoping some sun spots start to pop up for I can try to work on those

Ive started imaging with the Lunt 80mm HA scope. My first attempt at a solar image with a prominence was a composite image and then I was able to image the mercury transit. In order for me to get the prominences I had to blow out the solar surface. I look at some of the images getting done with my scope and I wanted to confirm if you can get the sun and the prominence using a single exposure length or are all of those images composites. If you are able to get them both would you mind posting the software and imaging specs. I currently use firecapture since sharpcap doesnt supports some features for the ZWO cameras. I have a ZWO174M per the recommendation of Lunt. I appreciate any suggestions even for general solar imaging. Ive attached my first solar image so you can see what I did as a composite.
