Hi Guys Just a quick update. I bought a 2' extender works perfect focus on saturn was just a touch off the bottom end , absolutely amazed with the view. I have noticed its hard to keep focus and constantly needs a tweek, is this normal? Are there adjustments to the focuser itself, it dosnt seem as........responsive as I think it should. Thanks again for all your help.

White dwarf and proto star Guys took a few pictures of tubes Entended (as far as I can) and stowed.

Just went and checked the tubes, only get one click! Pulled hard as I dare but won’t move past first click?

Oh yes I forgot to mention upside down view so a diagonal will be needed also??

Tried the Barlow idea, took the lenses out and it works great! Another question for you guys. No 1.25 eyepieces came with the scope only the adapter should I invest in a couple and if so what do you recommend?

Tubes are fully extended and locked.

Hi Carbon here are the screws t the back, not sure if this helps. How far out or in is good?

Here she is. 1. Stock 2 inch foucuser (isn’t it?) 2. The 1.25 extender 3. The eyepiece you guys were right I slowly moved the extender about an inch Out and blimey it popped into focus. (Happy days) However this only leaves half of the extender inside the focuser and the eyepiece is quite heavy so I think getting a bigger extender would be wise. Hi Im at a loss as how to go forward, wife bought me a used 250 dobsonion with a 2” focuser and a badder 8x24 click eyepiece on eBay but I cannot get it to focus. After reading here on other people having the same trouble, I purchased a 1.5 inch extender from FLO. It didn’t work came close but no cigar. Do I continue extending it out or do I have some other problem? Getting very frustrated can anyone shed more light on this.

I've ordered a Sky watcher 130M which I had intended to attach to my lap top via Stelarium, I am being told now that this model will not hook up to a computer. Is that correct?

Hi Stu Thanks for the welcome, Im just a back yard gazer just me my £20 scope found on eBay and my Iphone. getting tired fo trying to get a good shot through my wobbly tripod, wife wants to see better pictures so with her blessing (wooo Hooo) Im on the hunt for something a bit better.
