  1. C925 and 294mc pro. full Moon composite of 2 images at bin 1. Closer shots at bin 2 with a 2.5x barlow.
  2. C925 and 294mc pro at 2 bin with ir cut. 2 images ( 15% of ,1000 ) stitched with ICE and processed in photoshop. This will be the first of a few images, it takes ages to transfer files from the laptop to desktop
  3. c925 and 294mc pro, happy that the skies were clear on this historical anniversary although i didn't catch any useful close up data.
  4. Tried a few times in the past to image the planets but not really been that successful. This one isn't too bad for me c925 , 385c camera and 2.5x barlow. Processed in autostakkert, registax and then photoshop.
  5. Conditions weren't great Thursday morning but wanted to test a luminos barlow with the 294mc pro. Scope is c925, best 15% of 1,000 in autostakkert, sharpened in registax and processed in photoshop.
  6. Cloud dodging and poor seeing aside, managed to get some data. C925 and 294mc pro.
  7. C925 with 294mc pro at bin 2 experimenting wirth the 385c , ir pass filter and 2x barlow
  8. c925 and 385c with neodymium filter.
  9. C925 with 294mc pro ir/uv cut. 2 panel mosaic sharpened in registax, processed in photoshop. Saved as jpeg as i have trouble uploading large files.
  10. And finally a mosaic with the 385c . Again, clicky for full resolution. Less saturation on this one.
  11. c925 and 294mc pro bin 1 with ir/uv cut filter. 2 panel mosaic best 25% of 1,000 . Had to convert to jpeg as i keep getting an error 200 when trying to upload a larger file. ( 50+ mb ) clicky for full rez. and a few with the 385c camera with neodymium filter and mostly barlowed.
  12. C925 and 385c camera with Baader neodymium filter. best 15% of 1,000 frames.
  13. My two pennysworth, i always describe what i do to non astronomy folks as EAA, not video astronomy but i found this forum section no problem. Perhaps calling it Video ahd EAA might help folks find the forum a tad easier when searching EAA but anyone who is interested in this hobby should find it easy enough anyway. As a visitor to cn EAA forum sometimes i find the whole 'is it EAA' thing rather silly. I kind of understand the 'no processed pics' thing but if you state you have post processed the image a little, what is the issue ? it is not like false advertising and as for night vision, perhaps it should have it's own sub forum under video astronomy & EAA. Whatever is decided it will not effect me visiting and posting on occasion ( when the storms in the UK finally subside )
