Gav and eve

Me and my partner are missing issues 4,48,49. It's become a joke. We phoned them about 15 times now regarding missing issues. I have a box full of unopened parts that's been there over a year and we can't build it. I was missing issue 50 which I got today. To top things off they automatically have signed us up to the next part which we don't want and have told them that. They've took money out and have sent about 8 parts to something we don't want. If the missing issues don't come soon I'm going to look at getting my money back for the whole lot as it's useless as it is. Was so looking forward to building this.
