Looks like a Moon flyby, good job. :)

These are awesome pix..I wonder what the stats on them are, and which equipment was used.

I need to get one of these. :)

You must be an ace when it comes to polar alignment. :)

If I ever get pics. like that, I'll be happy, amazing.

Looks like one sub (1 pic) at ISO 1600, 30 seconds, through an 8" scope. :)

I have almost the same one, w/ the same cam., a Sony Cybershot. :)
-
Love it, that's how mine will look...in a few years.

Flats are easy to make, either at twilight, dawn or dusk, quick exposure (I use 1/250s for ISO 1600, and abt. 1/180s for ISO 800). Or put a white t-shirt or s/thing like that in front of the objective / entrance of scope )I wrapped it around some), shine a uniform lightsource at it (flashlight, cellphonelight, somewhat bright), and make the exposures w/ the cam to the scope (t-ring adapter, like making prime focus pics.)

Awesome, hpw do you get round stars like this w/ 200s unguided? I gotta quit after max. 45 w/ a SW 200P at prime focus.

This one is a winner.

Looks good to me, maybe have a look @ gradient removal, in Photoshop, or with IRIS (complicated), or a cool little tool for JPEGs, from Molecular Expressions (Background Subtraction tool, easy).
