Nice work Debo! It defintely adds a bit of fun. If we get enough we could make a SGL geological Atlas of the Mopon

SpaceX has licensing from the Federal Communications Commission to launch nearly 12,000 satellites if it wants
So, what do you think is the future for astrophotography?
Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but this forum has a lot of sections!

Yes I know what you mean. The floor of clavius looks very smooth when it isn't in most images. Though on this one even without the NR it is featureless as the seeing was pretty poor... I've really struggled to get any fine detail that night
Which is why I keep coming back to Lunar/planetary imaging after all these years. You can go out one night and that will be THE night of all nights!

Yep, exactly Craig. I know we are all trying to get the most of the data we have available, but sometimes reducing the noise reduction (or using no noise reduction) gives the impression of a more detaled image.

Fantastic, Craig. Maybe a bit too much smoothing going on in these particular images?

Hi Tom
Great detail in the image. I adjusted the Hue/Saturation in Photoshop. Is this more like the colour you were going for?
