I captured this image during December 2011 with the CPC925 and my unmodded 5D Mark 2; due to recent bad weather have revisited the image and tweeked with photoshop so thought I would upload.© AJG 2012

As per the thread above I used the CPC925 without focal reducer and an unmodified Canon EOS 5D Mark II. The LPR is a Astronomik CLS which as far as I know are quite aggressive, however as I do not live in a city (my location is semi-rural / village but with cities to the north and south) it may be a bit over the top, but unless I spend another £100+ to get something more subtle I will not know what is the best solution. Andy

On a clear night managed my first attempt at M31 using CPC925; image stacked from 16 x 240 sec lights, plus flats, bias and darks.© AJG 2012

Managed to get a few usable pics with a limit of 200 sec per frame due to a very windy night! Managed not only M13 but also got NGC 6207 in the bottom left of the frame; will try again with longer exposures on a calmer night!!© AJG 2012
