Can you obtain replacement nosepieces for Lunt BFs?

I've obtained a used Lunt 60mm etalon and a B1200 with a 2inch nosepiece - the bit that fits into the telescope. It gives fantastic results visually.  However, because of the overly long nosepiece, with single eyepieces you only have about 4mm of in travel left.  This is not a problem, but of course my binoviewer (even with x1.6 in its nosepiece) comes nowhere near focus. Of course I could probably cut down the 2inch nosepiece to a more usual length for a diagonal and it may then focus with the binoviewer.  Of couse if I did this and ever wanted to use it with a Lunt scope it probably then wouldn't focus, and it certainly wouldn't help it's resale value if ever I changed the BF.

I'm at work at the moment (lunch time!) and haven't tried it, but I wandered if the nosepiece will unscrew from the BF and if so, is it a standard fit so I can obtain a shorter one for it.  If not, then I might have to have the nosepiece or the telescope shortened.  Anyone know?

For information only, I'm using it with an Equinox 80 - though I can't see how that has got anything to do with it.

Many thanks Michael.  Sorry, I think I'm having one of those moments - well, it is still very  hot here!

Do you mean buy the 2 inch to 1.25 adapter (slide tube adapter) and use it in a 2 to 1.25 reducer in the end of the telescope, thereby reducing the necessary focuing distance required?

I had a second-hand B1200 with a 2" nosepiece (partly sawn off  not by me!!) but I needed a 1.25" nosepiece for the LS35. That is why I got the replacement
