EQ3 Pro

I have an EQ3 Pro mount, could perhaps be described as the Sky-Watcher EQ5's little brother.

Suppose I do not need any GoTo or model building etc. I just want the mount to track, how easy is it to do this? Without fumbling with the hand controller entering data etc. It seems that you cannot simply flick a switch and it starts tracking, right?

If your polar alignment is perfect, yes you can just flick the switch.

I do that with my eq6, park it one night and just switch it on and continue the nextt.
