I have no problems with dew on my RASA. I use an Astrozap flexible dew shield with integrated heat strap from FLO. This is superb & grips any C11 really tight & dew becomes a thing of the past but I would suggest you get a regulated heat controller again from Astrozap.

The RASA is an amazing instrument. I'm running a 513 point model with the SkyX as I write this at 4x4 bin on an Atik OSC 490 with a 2 sec exposure I'm getting so many stars it beggars belief. I've ordered the LP filter which should arrive next Tuesday but I hope to get some first light pictures before then which I will post.
