Mesu 200 Setup For Dummies Needed

I have ordered a Mesu 200.

I have downloaded the relevant drivers and software and manuals.

I have installed ServoConfig and SiTechExe.

In the Sitechexe mount parameters I  selected German Equ.

In cart du ciel I loaded the mount but when I select a target it does not slew. (I am in faking servo mode/simulation)

Please be patient I am a bit slow but do get there eventually.

I find that the 'simulation' is not reliable - it seems to work fine in Windows XP but is spasmodic in Windows 7

Can anyone do a walk through from putting the mount on the pier to doing a polar alignment.?
