AZ-EQ6 PEC

I have been drift aligning the mount in the observatory and notice some drift out and back in the RA, will double check but think it's PE. The manual says the PEC is held on board the mount. I have it connected to a PC running EQMOD.

Do I need to the the training with the handset and I assume the info will be held on the mount so nothing needs doing in eqmod.

ALso there is backlash or "Lag" as the instructions say, if I set the handset will that info be available for the PC program? I'll see how much better the guiding is now the polar alignment is done.

If you have a recent version of EQMOD it can automatically create a PEC profile and apply it for you as you image.
