EOS Controller within EQ3/2 Very neat!

OK So after reading YESYES's post on a neat EOS control box HERE I got thinking.

1. I could do with that.

2. I need to lose some wires

3. I might have room in my EQ3/2 mod box (from Samtheeagle HERE)

So I ordered a cheapo shutter release (just for the N3 connector) a USB to serial box and a 4 port USB hub (not Hannah Montana btw!)

So tonight I did a bit of soldering.

I now have the whole lot in one box.

2 inputs from laptop. (one for EQ3/2 controller Mod and one for the rest)

2 leads to my Canon 30d (shutter release and USB)

2 spare USB (1 for Guide cam and 1 for SPC900 for pics)

Cables run up through my focuser curly cable and Im really chuffed.

No matter how hard I tried I just couldn't get Hannah Montana anywhere! Must be popular
