Sticking Crayford

My 100ED has a Lakeside Electronic Focuser attached to the Crayford, but im finding that its sticking, (not weight related as its sticking unloaded) the tension bolt on the underside is ok, but I am very cautious tweaking this as the flanged bearings holding onto the focus tube snap easy.

What else can I tweak?
